RECIPE FOR COCONUT MACAROONS ~ Thanks for asking for the recipe!

Set oven to 325*

1 14 oz bag of coconut
1 can of Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 tsp of vanilla

Mix the above ingredients till all the coconut is moistened by folding.

Beat two egg whites (at room temperature) till medium stiff peaks are reached and then fold them into the coconut mixture.

Drop by tsp. fulls onto parchment paper that has been placed on your cookie sheet and bake about 18 minutes or until a light golden brown.
